On-line food diary – great for weight loss and nutrient info

Natural Weight Loss — MyFoodDiary.com

I found this really cool site (click above) where I can keep a food diary for my raw food diet. It has forums and stuff. But the really nice thing is that you can list ingredients in your raw food recipes and save it as a recipe and how many it serves. Then to keep track of what you are consuming during the day, click on it, say how many servings and it will show you at the end of the day what nutrients you consumed and how many calories.

It’s $9 a month for membership. I’m going to try it for a month and see how I do. Already I have input a bunch of my favorite regular raw meals – most of the raw stuff they had in their lists. A couple of things I had to search online for. Like hemp seed info I got from the Nutiva website. I had to search for info on young coconut meat too. But overall I was pleased with the nutrient info on raw food as this isn’t a raw food site. But I noticed some activity on the forums about raw food.
