This morning I added collard and spinach.
I don’t know if it’s because I took a weekend Quantum Touch workshop this past weekend or that extra big chunk of ginger root I added – but WOW. There is something about the amazing color and life energy of the juice. I can feel its energy go down my arms and legs. I feel so happy! Can you fall in love with a juice?
And of course there is a page on the Quantum-Touch website with a video of the lovely David Wolfe talking about the relationship between living raw food and life force energy. It only seems natural that if you want to increase your vibrations – you only put high vibe food in your body.

I discovered Quantum-Touch though another avenue and was happy to see that raw food was a part of it all. It is an easy to learn, energy healing modality.  The ‘practicioner’ focuses and amplifies life-force energy (known as “chi” in Chinese and “prana” in Sanskrit) by combining various breathing and body awareness exercises. By increasing their vibrations the other persons vibrations “entrain” or match that vibration which in turn allows the body to heal itself. And that is what Raw Living Vegan food is also about – allowing the body to do what it was designed to do – heal itself – be vibrant and healthy.
